The home that won the Canterbury Registered Master Builders House of the Year Award 2006 was a winner because the couple it was built for were committed to quality materials and spent money where it was most valued such as the solid granite benchtop and exceptional bathroom fittings. The couple also loved the feel of the show home and are currently building a second home with the company.
Richard, Architectural Designers Ross Shakespeare, Brendan Hart are the design team at the heart of Benchmark Homes’ design and build success. “We don’t like to try and squeeze people into a standard plan. We respect that every home should be unique and that people have varying design requirements to suit their lifestyles, as well as a desire to express themselves in an aesthetic way” says Richard.
