We initially entrusted the process of building our home to Benchmark after consulting Richard Evans regarding some design features we liked in another home he had designed. He immediately came up with some improvements to ideas we were already working on.
Many people speak of having all sorts of things going wrong in their building experiences and so we were expecting and watching out for any little thing that could tip the balance. Naturally, there are little changes that we wanted to make along the way, and little things that we perceived could become a problem.
