With Benchmark having regular and dedicated subbies you end up with consistent good quality workmanship, plus we found all the subbies were easy to approach on site. We found our Project Manager to be very approachable and able to answer action requests promptly, and if needed was able to provide us with alternative options.

Build was completed on time, was of a very high standard and was delivered with no issues.

Their Buildertrend site is a great way to interact during the build process for people who cannot get to site very often, however it was greatly appreciated to be given access to site, as we preferred a more hands on/visual approach.
